Refund policy

1. Made-to-Order Items (Change of Mind)

All Black Basilika garments are made to order and custom printed specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Please refer carefully to the Size Guide on each product page before purchasing.

2. Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Requests submitted outside this period may not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item:

  • Has a major manufacturing fault

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Has a printing defect

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is the wrong item

If your item has a fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

4. Return Process for Approved Claims

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Items must not be worn (other than to assess fit), washed, or altered.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will notify you of the outcome.

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • Your financial institution may take additional time to finalise the transaction.

 

6. Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

7. European Union Customers (If Applicable)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer law, including a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods where production has commenced.
