Shipping policy

1. Processing & Handling All Black Basilika garments are made-to-order. We hold stock of our heavyweight blanks and hand-press every design in-house at our Melbourne studio.

• Pre-Order Drops: Please note that items purchased during a pre-order window operate on an extended timeline. Production begins in batches immediately after the pre-order period closes. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the pre-order closing date for your garment to be pressed, cured, and dispatched.

• Standard Processing: Outside of pre-order windows, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates (Australia Post) We ship all orders locally from Melbourne. Delivery timeframes apply after the processing and production phase is complete.

• Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
